MHP was structural engineer of record on The Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens project.. The six-building campus includes assisted and independent living options, four dining venues, a performing arts center, a fitness center and spa, swimming pool, underground parking and multipurpose areas. Jurisdiction for the project is the City of Fresno with the exception of the Skilled Nursing Facility, which is under OSHPD jurisdiction.

The project encompasses 350,000 square feet of living space and subterranean parking. Construction includes a variety of wood and steel framing systems, pre-fabricated trusses and shearwalls, seismic separations within buildings, and conventional concrete flat slab parking structures.
