Park Place is 105 acre landmark corporate campus in the heart of Orange County. The site includes 2.5 million square feet of office space, 125,000 square feet of retail, conference center, and extensive landscaped grounds. The Atrium buildings include six, interconnected four-story structures with dramatic high volume atriums. The Concourse building houses tenant space, dining center, and conference rooms. The 3121 building is a six-story mid-rise. The 3333 building is a 10-story Tower with floor-to-ceiling glass and a 76-seat auditorium. The project includes restaurants, shopping, and fitness facility, and is served by numerous structured parking garages.

MHP conducted structural and seismic evaluations of the campus during acquisition, advising the purchaser on geotechnical, seismic, and structural condition issues. MHP continues to work at the campus supporting both the owner and tenants on a variety of structural engineering projects.
