Constructed in 2016/2017, the residential portion consists of 260 units (approximately 122,483-rsf) with resort-inspired amenities, with shared garage parking. MHP was retained by the lender to assist with assessment services for a commercial real estate transaction.

MHP’s consulting services consisted of an ASTM-compliant Level 1 Seismic Risk Assessment to provide our client with an independent third-party opinion of expected seismic performance. Services provided included a field assessment by a California Licensed engineer, review of the site-specific geologic seismic hazard, and a determination of building damage for the client-specified return period earthquake hazard.
