MHP’s scope includes the conversion of an existing 3-story steel frame office building into a new hotel and the construction of a new 5-story hotel building with wood framing on a concrete podium. The office conversion consists of seismic strengthening,  floor expansion at the center of the building, a new façade and canopies, and a new rooftop deck and restaurant.
