MHP welcomes our newest Design Engineer, Poonam Bhakta, PE. She recently passed her California Civil Examinations to become a licensed P.E. Before joining MHP, Poonam received her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of California, Davis, and her master’s degree in Structural Engineering from UCLA.
Originally from Southern California and the Long Beach area, Poonam is excited to return home to her roots and begin her career with MHP.
Outside the office, Poonam enjoys practicing yoga, catching sunsets at the beach and has recently picked up pickleball.
We are excited to have Poonam as part of our growing engineering team!
