MHP was engaged to renovate an aging manufacturing facility for conversion into an industrial/office campus. MHP provided seismic retrofit for two existing structures and repositioned an existing one-story, 124,000-square-foot manufacturing building with a partial mezzanine into an upgraded 2-story office.

In addition to the renovation, MHP and the project team designed a new 106,000-square-foot tilt-up warehouse with 33-foot clear heights and 28 truck docks with roll-up doors.
