MHP provided the structural engineering design for the new 34,000 sq. ft. Service Center Office and Warehouse building at the Burbank Water and Power facility. The project consisted of a 2-story, 19,000 sq. ft. office space with an adjacent 15,000 sq. ft. high-bay warehouse. In addition, truck-high parking canopies, photovoltaic parking canopies, and an iconic entry gate were included. The project holds LEED Platinum status.
