The Math/Computer Information Systems (CIS) and Fine Arts Complex was funded by the Measure CC Bond and includes a 33,000-square-foot facility with classrooms, math and computer science labs, study centers and faculty offices.

The Fine Arts Building, funded by Measure G, is a two-story, 55,000-square-foot facility featuring labs and classrooms for 3D printing, painting and drawing, computer graphics, photography and mass communication. An interconnecting bridge ties the buildings together at the second floor while proving a covered walkway at the ground level. With exterior materials including metal wall panels, curtain wall and banded window glazing, and colored cement plasters, the architectural aesthetic enhances the campus core environment.
