MHP served as SEOR on the 80,000-square-foot Cherise Mari Laulhere Children’s Village project for the Miller Children’s and Women’s Hospital in Long Beach. The four-story OSHPD 3 medical office building design-build team includes Turner Construction (GC) and c|a Architects.

MHP is responsible for designing the core and shell, exterior façade, MEP anchorage, lobby, restrooms and elevators, as well as tenant improvements including physician offices, clinic modules, X-ray rooms, the pharmacy and lab.
