A covered bridge connects two rectangular wings with a seismic separation at one end. Foundations consist of conventional concrete, continuous, and pad footings. Floor and roof framing consists of conventional 2x wood framing spanning to unit demising walls. Since the residential housing project serves community college students, the jurisdiction is the Division of State Architects.
