The CSULB Dormitory Renovation Project consists of four existing three-story residence hall buildings, two on the CSULB campus and two at the nearby Beachside College campus. The buildings at both campuses are over 50-years old and require substantial refurbishment. Project scope included modernization of utility and HVAC systems, ADA upgrades including the addition of elevators to three buildings, exterior upgrades, and new finishes.

The buildings include:
CSULB Main Campus – Los Alamitos Hall and Los Cerritos Hall
Beachside College Campus – Atlantic building and Pacific building
