The project consists of a major renovation and tenant improvement of an existing 43,000-square-foot medical office building and 4,500-square-foot addition, including a new two-story entryway. A new covered canopy was added from the curtain wall over the drive aisle, which was constructed using steel framing clad in aluminum. The framing of the addition consisted of steel framing at the roof and floor to match the existing building.
