San Diego USD Johnson Elementary School Modernization

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA

The project consisted of a whole site modernization of the campus including a new 8,750 square foot, single-story, steel framed, classroom building. The footprint of the classroom building is U-shaped and includes a standalone steel canopy to create a central courtyard. Additional scope includes major renovations of five existing buildings including rehabilitations of three of the existing buildings using ASCE 41 and/or ASCE 7.
