Total square footage for the elevated floors is 81,000 sq. ft. and 32,500 sq. ft. for the subterranean garage. Lateral resistance will be provided by concrete shearwalls and vertical floor framing will consist of post tensioned concrete slabs spanning to concrete columns and shearwalls.
