Located southeast of our headquarter office in Long Beach, Sunrise Senior Living Facility of Long Beach will consist of a two story wood framed structure with approximately 80,000 square feet of floor area. The facility will include 90 resident units, including dementia and memory care units and the living units will surround two courtyards. Second floor and roof framing are proposed to consist of wood framed trusses and foundation will be conventional pad and continuous footings.
