A 2-story wood framed structure with approximately 78,000 sq. ft. of floor area. The facility will include 90 resident units, including dementia and memory care units and the living units will surround a central courtyard. Second floor and roof framing will consist of wood framed trusses and foundation will be conventional pad and continuous footings.
