Torrance Memorial Medical Center (TMMC) in a joint venture with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center introduced a new family-centered comprehensive care medical complex to serve residents of El Segundo, Inglewood, Manhattan Beach, Hawthorne, Lawndale and Gardena.

The new 2-story, 43,000-square-foot tilt-up Medical Office Building. Second floor construction consists of concrete over metal deck spanning to steel beams. Roof construction consists of metal deck spanning to steel beams. A separate mechanical area occurs in the center of the roof with a concrete pad supporting Air Handling Units with a mechanical screen surrounding these units.
