The project consists of a new 35,000 square foot two-story student center. The building is located at the center of the University and includes a main hall for use as a gymnasium and meeting/conference center, new kitchen café space, student lounge, and a fitness center. The fitness center is located on the second floor of the building with an exterior patio extending over the lounge and café spaces below.

Additional architectural features included an arcade/enhanced entry portico at the south lobby of the building and an open trellis over the second-floor patio.
