MHP welcomes our newest Senior Project Engineer, Michael Daciolas-Semon, P.E., S.E.. Michael received his BS from UCLA (Bachelor’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Emphasis in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering) and MS from the University of California, Berkeley (Master’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Emphasis in Structural Engineering, Mechanics and Materials).
During his master’s program at UC Berkeley, Michael met his wife who is from Colombia, South America and upon completing their degrees, they relocated to Colombia where Michael has been working fully remote since.
Originally from Oceanside, CA, Michael was looking to make a change when MHP caught his interest. He joins us with over 8 years of experience in the industry and is a licensed Civil and Structural Engineer.
Outside of the office, Michael enjoys traveling, practicing his Spanish, trying new foods, scuba and free diving, hiking, surfing, skiing, and rock climbing.
